Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Black and Chrome (“we”) collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Contact requests. When you use the contact form we receive your agency or company name, your name, email, optional phone number, the model you chose and your message.
• Model profiles. Models represented by us appear with the photos, measurements and details they agreed to publish. A model’s own email address is never shown on the site.
• Admin accounts. For agency staff who sign in: email address, a scrambled (hashed) password and sign-in session records.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and to limit abuse of the forms.

How we use it

We use contact requests only to answer them: your message is emailed to the model you selected and to our bookers. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Contact requests are deleted automatically 3 months after they arrive. Copies already delivered to email inboxes are managed by the people who received them. Admin sessions end after at most 8 hours.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies only. One cookie, bc_session, keeps agency staff signed in to the admin area; it is not set for other visitors. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent. Your light or dark mode choice and the dismissal of the cookie notice are remembered in your own browser (local storage) and are never sent to us.

Who processes it

The site runs on Microsoft Azure, which stores the data and sends our emails on our behalf. Photos are kept in private storage and served only through this site.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including a contact request before it is deleted automatically. Use the contact form and choose “General inquiry”. Models can ask us at any time to update or remove their profile and photos.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
